We charge our clients with a monthly management fee, which covers all day-to-day management of the property. There are also charges for the essential work that must be done prior to letting your property, such as an Inventory Check, which helps protect your property and assets from damage or theft. As a landlord, you are legally responsible to have several safety certificates under Scottish law. However, as part of our monthly fee, we will organise for these to be conducted on your behalf by our trusted, fully qualified team. 


The deposit amount varies depending on the property, but is typically equal to one month's rent. All our deposits are safely stored with SafeDeposits Scotland, and all landlords and tenants are provided with a certificate within 30 days.


If you are an existing landlord, all that is required from you is serving your letting agent the required notice under your existing contract to terminate your agreement. Once this has been done, our team will liaise directly with your current agent and will handle the transfer in full, making this a seamless and hands-off process for you. We will also take care of informing any existing tenants of the change.
