Once we have understood your goals, we will use our local knowledge to source the best investment opportunity for you, at below-market value. All the hard work will be done for you, including conducting negotiations and attending property viewings on your behalf.
You will then receive full breakdown on the potential ROI of the proposed investment, including anticipated refurb costs and rental yield.

After we have agreed on a purchase, we will walk you through the next steps of the buying process in Scotland, as well as supporting you with funding arrangements such as bridging finance and mortagages.

All our investment opportunities are sourced by our founder, Alex Dale. Despite being from Cheshire, Alex lives in Aberdeen and has been building his own portfolio of Buy-to-Let and HMO properties in the city since 2021. He has also acted as the letting agent for over +200 properties in Aberdeen, giving him invaluable local knowledge and expertise.
Alex has leveraged his network to forge a small, hands-on and trusted team of project managers and tradespeople, who operate directly from the city on our clients' refurbs and rental properties.
