Meet Alex, our Founder
After selling a successful Dog Treat business in 2021, Alex, who is originally from Cheshire, relocated to Scotland to build his own property portfolio across Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
For the past four years, alongside growing and managing his own portfolio, he has acted as the letting agent for over 250 client properties, gaining invaluable local knowledge and contacts.
Alex later began Property Deal Sourcing and founded Square Lettings in 2023 to offer investors an end-to-end property investment service specialising in Aberdeen — a city with excellent investment opportunities due to its low prices, high rental demand, and strong yields that are well above the UK average.

You will then receive full breakdown on the potential ROI of the proposed investment, including anticipated refurb costs and rental yield.
